SHIPPING, CUSTOMER INFORMATION & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

• Orders are dispatched from our facility within 10 business days of order confirmation.

• Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

• Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners including India Post, Shree Maruti, Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart. These are independent third-party logistics providers and do not represent Shuddhi Aromatics directly.

• Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, shipment weight, and order value.

• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier partner may make up to three delivery attempts. If the parcel remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse (RTO). In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International orders are dispatched from our facility within 15 business days of order confirmation.

• Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor their shipment through the carrier's tracking system.

• International deliveries generally take approximately 10–25 business days in transit, depending on the destination country, customs clearance process, and local courier operations.

• We currently ship worldwide through India Post (EMS) and other approved international shipping partners.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination country, shipment weight, and order value.

  1. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT CHARGES

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges upon arrival in the destination country.

• These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid directly by the recipient.

• Shuddhi Aromatics is not responsible for and cannot reimburse any customs duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, or related costs.

• Shipping charges paid at checkout do not include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges.

Disclaimer

Customers ordering from outside India are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local government charges applicable in their destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority or shipping carrier.

If customs duties or taxes remain unpaid and the shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities, Shuddhi Aromatics shall not be responsible for any refund, replacement, or compensation.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about the applicable charges in your country.

  1. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

• Any request for order modifications must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, no additions, removals, or modifications can be accommodated.

• International orders cannot be modified once placed.

• For domestic orders, if an incorrect address, email address, or phone number is provided, changes may not be possible after shipment has been dispatched. Corrections can only be processed once the parcel is returned to the courier warehouse or our facility. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

• Customers are strongly advised to verify their full name, email address, shipping address, and contact number before completing their purchase.

• Shuddhi Aromatics shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

• This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

• As our products are carefully sourced, processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch immediately after order confirmation, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

• Customers are requested to carefully review all order details, shipping information, and contact information before completing their purchase.

• Orders that have already been processed, packed, dispatched, shipped, or handed over to a courier partner cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

• Shuddhi Aromatics reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, product unavailability, payment verification issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or operational reasons. In such cases, customers will be notified and an appropriate refund or store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of the company.

  1. GENERAL TERMS

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, customs inspections, courier delays, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Shuddhi Aromatics shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or force majeure events.

• By placing an order on our website, customers acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, shipping policies, customs regulations, and cancellation policies stated above.

• Shuddhi Aromatics reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
